  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included (where applicable)

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet these conditions.

The following items are generally non-refundable, unless faulty or incorrect:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Sale or discounted items (unless otherwise required by law)

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as accessories worn close to the body) may also be non-refundable unless defective.
 

5. Full vs Partial Refunds
 

  • Full refunds may be issued where the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not delivered.

  • Partial refunds may be issued where the item shows minor issues that do not significantly affect use, or where part of the order is returned.

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
 

6. Return Shipping
 

As we operate using a dropshipping model, return addresses may vary depending on the supplier.

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Return instructions will be provided once your refund request is approved.
 

7. Refund Processing
 

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
     

8. Cancellations
 

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
 

9. Consumer Rights
 

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom or United States.
